Il regroupe des aides visant à encourager les propriétaires et les agriculteurs cessant leur activité à louer terres, bâtiments ou maison d’habitation à de jeunes agriculteurs.<br /> Ce programme a été mis en place en 1995 par le Ministère de l'Agriculture ([[MAAF]]) et est payé par l'[[ASP]].<br /> <br /> Il se décline en mesures opérationnelles et optionnelles répondant à 4 objectifs majeurs : <br /> *accompagnement et soutien des jeunes agriculteurs ;<br /> *sensibilisation des propriétaires fonciers et des agriculteurs cédants ;<br /> *animation ;<br /> *communication.<br /> <br /> Le PIDIL est un outil d’accompagnement de la politique d’installation et de transmission des exploitations favorisant notamment les projets hors cadre familial.
